DEPOSIT and Cancellation – Please Read Carefully!

  • One half of the Full Base Reservation amount (excluding taxes or extras) is required as a deposit to be paid for all reservations for RV/Campsites and cabins.
  • (For reservation of only one night, the full one night, including taxes, will be required for deposit at time of reservation)
  • On Long Weekends we have a 3 night minimum reservation requirement in cabins, 2 night minimum all other times
  • All reservations are subject to a 45 day cancellation policy – in other words – if you cancel less than 45 days from your reserved arrival date, no refund or credit of your deposit will be granted.
  • You are required to pay AT TIME OF ARRIVAL, in full, balance owing for all days reserved for Cabins and RV/Camp sites.
  • No refund will be given for early departures.
  • All prices subject to change without notice.

Check-In, Check-Out, Vehicles and Noise

  • Check-in time 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 10:00 am.
  • When you arrive, STOP and check in at the office.
  • You are required to PAY AT TIME OF ARRIVAL, in full, balance owing for all days reserved for Cabins and RV/Camp sites.
  • No refund will be given for early departures.
  • Quiet time is 11:00 PM. All of our guests are on holidays, and are entitled to peace and quiet at our campsite. Please respect others.

Pets at Eagle Island Resort

All Pets on the property must be leashed AT ALL TIMES and cleaned up after by their owners. Our beach area and swim docks are out of bounds for all pets.  There are no exceptions to our pet policy.  If any part of our pet policy does not work for you and your pet, we perhaps are not an appropriate campsite for you.

There is a per stay charge of $20.00 for Pets in cabins. Pets must not be left alone in cabins nor are they allowed on furniture or beds. Remember, noisy pets disturb others, so please do not leave pets unattended.
