DEPOSIT and Cancellation – Please Read Carefully!

• One half of the Full Base Reservation amount (excluding taxes or extras) is required as a deposit to be paid for all reservations for RV/Campsites and cabins.
• (For reservation of only one night, the full one night, including taxes, will be required for deposit at time of reservation)
• On Long Weekends we have a 3 night minimum reservation requirement in our cabins and RVs, 2 night minimum all other times
• All individual reservations are subject to a 45 day cancellation policy – in other words – if you cancel less than 45 days from your reserved arrival date, no refund or credit of your deposit will be granted.
• All group bookings (8 or more cabins, RVs, and sites or combination of) are subject to a 60 day cancellation policy on any portion of the booking (cabin, RV or site) – in other words – if you cancel any 1 item less than 60 days from your reserved arrival date, no refund or credit of your deposit will be granted.
• BC Wildfires:    Except In the event that Eagle Island Resort is placed on an Evacuation Order, OR if access to the resort is not available due to highway closures,  which does not allow our guests to travel from their destination to the resort without taking an unreasonable detour route, no refund or credit of your deposit will be granted.
• You are required to pay AT TIME OF ARRIVAL, in full, balance owing for all days reserved for Cabins and RV/Camp sites.
• No refund will be given for early departures.
• All prices subject to change without notice, prior to or after deposit taken for future reservations.
